Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Inflatable kayaks (from our NEW Inflatable Kayaks category)
  • Used fishing gear (from our Fishing Gear category)
  • Opened packages of Mesh and Bungee Cords
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service (we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

Return Shipping
