Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Some remote areas may not be serviceable.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for safety/hygiene reasons:

• Inflatable kayaks (from our NEW Inflatable Kayaks category)
• Used fishing gear
• Opened packages of Mesh and Bungee Cords
• Personalized or custom-made products

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery

3. Package item securely in original packaging

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
